1. Custom & Personalized Memorials

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized according to the details you provide (including names, dates, inscriptions, designs, and symbols).

For this reason:

  • Custom or personalized tombstones and memorials are non-refundable and non-returnable once design approval has been given and production has begun.
  • Please ensure all details are carefully reviewed during the design approval stage.

2. Design Approval Responsibility

A design proof will be sent for your confirmation before production.

  • Once approved, the design is considered final.
  • Any errors approved in the proof (including spelling, dates, or layout) cannot be refunded or corrected without additional cost.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before final design approval without penalty.
  • If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial charge may apply to cover materials and labor.

4. Damage or Defects

If your memorial arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation
  • Provide clear photographs of the issue
  • We will assess the matter and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution

This does not apply to damage caused after installation or due to external factors (weather, ground movement, mishandling).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Payment is required in full upon delivery or installation
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to this policy after assessment

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method, within a reasonable timeframe.
